What kinds of things are we willing to do to be without pain?!

Many times people may do things other than what they are suppose to do because of wanting or expecting to have pleasure, instead of pain. At one time I was hearing the radio-announcer saying that ironically, we start our life with having pain, as if it is almost impossible for us to ever escape pain. Every one can remember growing up, at every stage we have had pain: being born; trying to crawl, and walk while falling down so many times; growing teeth; emotional pain of going to school; starting a new job and working on our careers to keep advancing.....

As children, we wanted to play more than doing our homework; wanted to sleep more than being on time. And as adults we rather take vacations than spending more time on our projects, or watch tv rather than reading something valuable. People also many times rather take all kinds of drugs than putting up with any kind of pains even if they are mild. Taking care of Migraines may be understandable, but a mild headache could be sometimes tolerated.

Bad habits and recreational drugs also have a big market for people who do not want to feel any kind of pain, such as not wanting to be shy or worried or even bored. The addiction to prescribed or recreational drugs also are the most devastating thing that could happen to people's lives. Many people due to these various addictions have lost a chunk of their productive youth and lives. It is almost very difficult not to have "any" kind of habits, and not to develop some sort of addiction to something. Psychologists and experts may advise that it is better for us to have healthier habits and persevere in things that can make a difference in our lives in a Healthier way.....

Bad relationships, whether personal or professional can also be a bad habit or addiction to not live for a Better life. Many people may stay in an abusive relationship for an excuse that they Need the person; money; job; or it's fun........than taking the pain of "risk", moving Forward, Finding a Better LIFE. For example, a good friend or a coach could be a Support to us and Encourage us, when we are going through a tough period in our lives, but a "bad" friend, acquaintance or a colleague can be a distraction, giving us a wrong message at the wrong "time." Many lives have been self-sabotaged and destroyed by the criticisms of a so called "friend(s)" or a wrong timing of having "fun", when we needed to focus more closely than ever, on our given problem or situation to Win.

It is important to go through the pain and Persevere for the things that are really important in our lives. A little productive Planning can go along way as well, keeping us on the Right track. If we waste our time on the "small-stuff" for not feeling the pain earlier in our lives, then we may have to face the serious things later in life, when our tolerance are even lower for the retarded pain. Adopting good habits and a healthy-lifestyle can be a Preventative way of keeping us consistently focused on our Journey to Success. And not forgetting to have the Right team in place and choosing to be in the Right Environment will be Ideal for us to Thrive, as well as, on the aright Direction..... .
