"It's just a Job?!"

Some may do a job just for the $, and some for the love of experience that their job offers. Some may just look at their job as something that has "order" attached to it, and some may look at it as a participation. Some may look at their job as a individual journey, and some as a team quest. Some may say "it's just a job", and others may say it's more than a job........

We may feel sometimes like we are falling into a "trap" of doing something we necessarily don't agree with, due to what we are told to do at work. Depending on where your place of employment is, whether you have a job as a government-employee or at a private sector, no supervisor or manager is perfect. Your "boss", either is an owner; supervisor, or manager and may have or will tell you to do something that may be unethical or immoral. And sometimes employees may do the things that they are ordered or "told", and pressured to do, just to get it over with, or sometimes are harassed to make them do it. Employees sometimes may not know, at least at first, what is the nature of the requests are right-away. Sometimes employees may know at the beginning what is going on and object, but still do what is requested due to getting the "warnings" given that they may get fired, if they refused. Sometimes employees, even-though they abide by the requests or orders of their bosses, if there should be any problems or audits, employees realize that they have been the "one" being blamed by their superiors.

There are many such scenarios in place of employment, and employees many times may be at the mercy of their superiors, being "blamed" for the things, that came from the "higher-up." There are many immoral issues, and unethical acts that gets "brushed under the carpet", and only few of them usually finds its way to the media! The unfortunate thing is that there may be some employees who as "whistle blowers", have either quite; resigned; and got fired along they way of such strenuous process…… These employees simply could not stand what was going on, whether because immorally and/or unethically they were "pointed to," and as an "under-dog" being "blamed" constantly at work.

Aside from all these specifics, it is important to notice and be aware that we will not have a cohesive LIFE if we continue living this way...... Unfortunately, life does not begin or end at the place of employment and our jobs will affect other areas of our LIVES as well...... We need to Always come-back to our ROOTS, Respecting ourselves and our lives. We are Individual Human-Beings just like any one else who may be a supervisor, manager, or a "boss." We must Respect our Moral, Ethical, and Legal codes and do what is RIGHT. We must consistently Educate ourselves for getting better & Better in Our-Lives. We do Affect each-other in one way or another.

In this Global-World, at this time, WE must Start with Ourselves and at our own-home. Whatever we expect to See and want to HAPPEN out there, must start from the Inside-out. The scenarios that I mentioned above has to be Stopped-Now, if we really Want the Global-Society that WE are Hoping to HAVE........ Naturally, what ever is going on now, like the examples I mentioned above, cannot survive, because it NEVER has the STRENGTH that is Needed to make It a Skyscraper, and that is because such ways will Cause things to fall, at one time or another........ The Global-World Needs the UNITY that is Individually-Together (Independently-Interdependent), while UNITED.
