Are we getting Trained to BE the NU-PERSON?!

As the WORLD Turns and how fast our Economics, and Technological advances have been changing, we as Human-Beings have felt as if being left behind. The growth and changes in these areas not only has gone forward faster than expect, but has created a sort of confusion as well among us. The changing of leaders of some countries; economic turmoils; and the technologies and computers that gotten ever faster and faster, has left us wondering.......

We are more concerned about the "features," and technological advances that connects us more readily, than our way of communication with one-another around the world, in this Global-Economy and now, COMMUNITY. Our Education system, trying to teach and develop us in this WORLD has not kept-up with such fast-past progress...... Many times now, employers feel like they cannot have the proper training at the place of work, due to the very fast-pace changes happening in our Economy.

The trainings of an individual Human-Beings is a "little-different" than training a dog or a robot. Human life starts from the Inside. Unlike a Robot or a computer that gets programmed or updated with some software, a Human has to Learn….. Some people in the technology field believe that we can make the new robots "learn" as well! But that may not be totally true. It is not just about moving or guessing what you want and giving back what is expected, but with Humans, CONFIDENCE is the Key. The Growth of Human-Being is the result and combination of the Quality of what s/he Consumes. Whether Nutritionally or Psychologically and what s/he EXPERIENCES through such processes, a Human starts to "gain" the CONFIDENCE to start Creating, Innovating, and be PRODUCTIVE. The stresses we have at this time is due to repeating the same old methods of learning, and expecting a Better thing to happen in our-global-world!

If we keep on trying, to keep Human the same, but just focusing on training with the outdated methods, that only focuses on the psychological and behavioral "features, we will not have the Human-Growth we need for our Global-World. Children are going forward a lot faster just by being born into this technological world and using these devices readily. However, due to lack of purpose, children are just getting faster at thinking and doing what is necessary to "win" the game!

For the SUCCESS of Humanity in this Global World, we need to Give the Opportunity to One-Another to Develop the CONFIDENCE we need…. This Confidence will allow us to have the Compassion needed to Communicate more Effectively in this Global-Field. This Confidence will get us to Create & Innovate, as WE will able to be more Responsible for One-Another Economically; Technologically, and Humanely…..
