Is it good to be normal…?!

From the time in our childhood most of our parents kept on trying to teach us to be proper and good; what to say and don't to say....... Later on we were sent to school and were taught that we must follow the rules and continue to be proper and respectful...... We were then given a chance to go to college or get a job...... Hardly people in general have been encouraged to be Different or being Entrepreneurs while growing up.

In our economy now, more than ever, being different is being encouraged. Schools now, have started to have slogans up on their walls, promoting the messages that being different is a good thing.... It is almost questionable now, whether being an A student is a good thing, or better to be an Average student but productive in our Economy, and different. Children and adults have witnessed how technology savvy and creative individuals as students, have been dropping out of college and pursuing their Dreams with higher return of profits. By seeing such Examples, people have realized how in general, being "normal" and following the norm, in our Economy seems to be not such good thing now. The job market for the "good" employees and the jobbers, are not at all such a dependable way to Be or trying to continue to earning a Living......

Being "normal" at this time in our Global-World and MARKET, almost at times is being ridiculed, due to our Fast-past change that continually is HAPPENING at the Global-Scale.......... Now the Normal IS to be Different, otherwise you setting yourself up to be inapplicable and irrelevant! It Seems that it is safer to be Wrong and Different in this PROCESS, than to be compliant and "normal", that will almost Garantee your stagnation and failure.

These issues concerning keeping up with the change, has also created some arguments among the conservatives and traditionalists, who advocate Integrity and strong Character. Due to this issues many of our youth may get mixed messages concerning whether to be "consistent and good", than being "undependable and inconsistent" in the process of what is going on?! The Answer to these problems may lie in the Trainings of our Youth of LEADERSHIP that is becoming more and more important than Ever before, in our Global-World.

Leadership is about keeping our Integrity and not be ashamed of what our ideas and Purposes are. Leadership demands us to use different methods, Ideas and Avenues to continue with our Mission in life that we have Decided. Not to let the Road of Failure to stop us, but to use the failures as stepping-stones that are Aimed at our DESTINY of PURPOSE. Leadership cannot be only "thought", but needs to be Experienced; and cannot be only described, but Dreamed...... Leadership is a Process of Self-Discovery and Every time you come to describe or experience It, you may See it DIFFERENT than you expected it before.......... So we should Teach and be an Example to our Youth and Each-Other about Courage, because Leadership is a Moment by Moment Self-Discovery as we go Forward in our MISSION......

So it is Normal for a Person who takes the Leadership stance in his/her LIFE, which includes being Normally-Different....... Especially in this Global-Economy, it is of the Essence to follow such a Path for Oneself; however, since Leadership cannot be necessarily taught, one may Need a Mentor to Assist with the Ideas in the PROCESS.

It is important to mention that it is not Wise to take "normalcy" lightly at this point and time in our History.......because no matter what anyone and/or experts may say, it could be a sure way to our own self-sabotage, Lives & Dreams. I can only leave us with the Suggestion that picking Our-Mentors with Care, in our Road to SELF Development & Discovery...........
