In our traditional stance, we use to think that all we had to do was to be consistent, and continue on our path, no matter how long it would take to reach success. Perseverance was the big word and sometimes it is still being used by the professionals. However, if you get a chance to speak to any Scientists who may be working in the fields of physics, Astro-physics, computer-programing and Engineering they may look at you, as you are somewhat "out-dated." With Creativities and Innovative ideas, the tools like Computers and Internet have helped us Leaping-Forth with "shortcuts" we are now allowed to make.

Leadership coaches and consultants have been revising their Vocabularies from Persistence to Leverage. And from being Heroes, to being Collaboratives & Team-Players. Shortcuts that use to be pointed-out as "cheating" are now being admired by calling them, Time & Energy saving SMART Ideas of Need. It will actually cost people more not to take advantage of the Tools, Techniques and Ideas at hand, to save money and time. With such Leverages available, we are able to save Lives as well, due to our Technological advances we have made that can detect many illnesses much more promptly.
