Who is making the Dicisions?!

There are managers, supervisors, government officials, and our leaders who make decisions for many "under" them. Have you ever wondered if these individuals are making the "right" decisions based on the wisdom they may have, or whether these decisions are based on th accurate calculations of what must be done to get the job done? Or may be the decisions are ego-based and is strictly done for selfish reasons (whether is money; or maintainings one's power and position).

If one is a business-owner, they may do basically do what they want in their own business, but what about an adult who is a parent and makes egotistical decisions for the benefit of themselves and not a decisions that would benfit their child's future?

Another example would be a government official who may be a manager or supervisor, or even the president that may make decisions based on protecting their position. Especially in such positions many employee's who work "under" them (or people), their lives may be ruined due to unwise (or stupid)decisions made.

Tip: If you are unfortunate enough to suffer the consequences of such decision making(s), you may question or point out, or give feedback to such decisions. If no changes made IMMIDIETLY, do not keep your hopes up, because you are not in power! You may work on finding, or being in the team that would be more supportive to you. And if you decide to stay and suffer the consequences, take it as an experience while you keep your eyes open for the Right opportunity to make your move.
