Could we have a Global culture?

It is imminent that we could have a Global culture Based on the efforts of our Global education. We must be able to collaborate and not just compete in this era, due to acceleration of our transport of information that changes our ideas about the unifying perception of our world.

It would be foolish to keep the mentality of our tradition that its only concern was territorial while egotistical. Today's world cannot be stopped but embraced, due to the fact that once the awareness has taken place, one cannot pretend and be in denile any longer, unless people are trained to do so.

Individual responsibility cannot be pushed on others, but it's genes must survive by our persistent upkeep and survival of such species of committed individuals as warriors of justice. The orchestration of our global unity will bring about the Universal outreach that one may wish to make our 1st contact with our nighbor(s) in this UNIVERSAL entity.

Who is criticizing Me ?!

Is it a priest or a rabbi who is the child molester?;is it a an addicted psychologist or medical doctor or a lawyer who passed the exams with flying colors and has a lot of debt and is frustrated to get rich quick and is depressed?; is it a teacher in school who cares more about his/her salary, my grammar and punctuations than my talent & strengths or my Ability(s)?; is it a salesperson who is more concerned about his/her commission, rather than my budget, and what tools I may need to have a better life?; is it a politician who is being supported by greedy founders who are supporting him to get what they want by putting him/her in the office?; is it a parent who has an unplanned or unwanted child and now is putting pressure on the son or daughter to be normal like others or better than others?????

Do we ever check people's background, their integrity, their intent or motive before we value their criticisms of us? Of course if we don't have the confidence, or know any better we may just take other people's criticism(s) readily without being a good critic ourselves. It takes a long time to develop confidence and being a productive critic. We must constantly educate ourselves, and verify and do our due diligence. Most importantly, we must be honest to ourselves and others, and that takes a lot of courage which is a skill to be developed over a lifetime..... And remember, it needs to be benefitting me & you, and NOW our GlobalWorld.

Is it profitable?!

Today more than ever it seems something, anything, should be profitable to be considered. Whether it is an idea; thought; plan; or even a person.....

People keep questioning our moral values, our ethical integrity; etc., but may I ask you this, can moral and ethical issues be profitable?!

In this global-economy, since the inflation is getting faster and faster out of hand, the value of "money" is becoming worthless faster and faster and in order to keep up with such rate (race), there is no choice but to keep thinking about "if it is worth it."

Tip: It is not worth anything, unless you put a Value on it, if IT has any value to you. And at this time, in this GlobalWorld we need to go beyond our regular "conventional" wisdom....

This is a revolutionary time for our global-economy and we need to be Innovative with our Globale-Wisdom that could change OUR systems of compensation that could bring VALUE to OUR Worthiness.

Is my English good?, Is my Spelling correct?, Is my Grammer right?!

In this Global-World day in and day out we hear many people with many different backgrounds talk with many different accents; different grammar usage, and
Various dictations that may be "officially" incorrect. Many times we are more concerned about how "correctly" they are communicating (in writing or conversationally) than what their MESSAGE is!

In this Information-Age, since the speed of relaying information is getting faster and faster, less people are concerning themselves with taking thier time to "spell-check" and "grammar-correct" than making sure their message has reached the destination on time!

Tip: In this global-world, we may have to speed up our "wisdom-department" a notch, so we could Unify our Global-Humanity as well, so we could understand each other better and faster than focusing on the "tools of communication". And Our technology is getting better and better along the way as well, to hopefully merge these communication-gaps ASAP.

Who is making the Dicisions?!

There are managers, supervisors, government officials, and our leaders who make decisions for many "under" them. Have you ever wondered if these individuals are making the "right" decisions based on the wisdom they may have, or whether these decisions are based on th accurate calculations of what must be done to get the job done? Or may be the decisions are ego-based and is strictly done for selfish reasons (whether is money; or maintainings one's power and position).

If one is a business-owner, they may do basically do what they want in their own business, but what about an adult who is a parent and makes egotistical decisions for the benefit of themselves and not a decisions that would benfit their child's future?

Another example would be a government official who may be a manager or supervisor, or even the president that may make decisions based on protecting their position. Especially in such positions many employee's who work "under" them (or people), their lives may be ruined due to unwise (or stupid)decisions made.

Tip: If you are unfortunate enough to suffer the consequences of such decision making(s), you may question or point out, or give feedback to such decisions. If no changes made IMMIDIETLY, do not keep your hopes up, because you are not in power! You may work on finding, or being in the team that would be more supportive to you. And if you decide to stay and suffer the consequences, take it as an experience while you keep your eyes open for the Right opportunity to make your move.

Is it fair?

This has been a very puzzling question for me, " is it fair...?"

In the world of options that we live in, depending on our status, we may be limited with choices! And as the the result We may question many circumstances by trying to make the best of them and reason them out....

Our reasoning may be somewhat primitive, " that is the way it is," or more on the sophisticated side, " this is my choice."

Another example may be, " let's be fair." But that is, fair for who?!
Let's keep the discussion open about this daunting subject, because when it comes to the fair game of "win-win" many folks do get concerned about, whether the win-win was mor of a "win-lose" or maybe was a "lose-win?!"

My suggestion would be, "as they say," weigh your options, and make your decision; and try to negotiate.....

Is it worth my time?

In this Global economy people are Getting their hourly wages, however can't meet paying for their bills! The solution some people may have suggested is: "get married; live with a friend; have a domestic partner...." but people are still arguing that even then they cannot meet their bills to live a little comfortably or luxuriously!

Inflation may be the result of the technology that has made some people mega-rich due to others clicking away while each click is costing them or making the owners rich. People cannot depend on their savings because their money is loosing value while the rich are having a cash flowing in their business accounts in a rate that is unbelievable for the average wage earner.

Now is it worth my time to do "over-time."

What can I do to contribute to this Global world ?

Apparently whatever we do personally is impacting this global world! The computer technology has allowed us to be connected, and the information about us simultaneously does get around no matter how much we may not want to. As the result we may be living in a pool of water in a sense that if it get contaminated, one way or other, it will effect ourselves, no matter how much we may be in denial!
